There's a large number of Americans who can't (or won't) face the truth, so they succumb to their prejudices and fears by watching FockSnooze. The majority of us, interested in information rather than having someone who profits by pandering to prejudices, divide our viewing among a number of outlets that at least respect accuracy as a journalistic objective. The result is that the minority of reality deniers outnumber, and will continue to outnumber, any of the individual subsets of the rational majority.

How did another picture from a different folder (or from nowhere) just happen to drop into that vacation folder and 'somehow' get incorporated into the slideshow without intelligent intervention? No. It was a wilful act which was monitored at each of its various stages.

The controls and procedures for accessing archived footage from the library at a TV studio are stricter. And the editors record what is sliced where along the entire duration of the film or video clip.
