The only thing I've really been keeping from her is the ongoing practical joke on her mom about the house being haunted. That's still going really well. My wife banned them because of my tendency towards accidents. She felts it necessary to launch into the laundry list of my previous mishaps for the amusement for our guests. When she got to the story of me falling off the roof, bouncing off the garage roof and then landing in the bushes I went inside for a little while. I knew the story about the rusty nail in a board that got stuck in one of my butt cheeks was next. When I came back out I had to show a few scars because they didn't believe anyone could have survived after all that. When she started in about me jumping naked off of a train bridge into the river and someone calling in a possible suicide attempt to the police (I was just swimming) I went inside again. There's big place about a third of a mile down the road that had an amazing fireworks display last night. The guy must have spent a couple of thousand dollars on them. They shook the house and sent the dogs running for the house. Just before dark I brought out a set of the old Lawn Jarts and the mrs went ballistic. She made me put them back. Everyone looked relieved. They finally banned me from playing. In my own yard! Everytime I threw people went running while trying not to spill their drinks.
