I'll also bet anyone $100 that not a single person at Time magazine even knows that the clueless socialist called the Secretary of Defense "William Gates". They get all of their "news" from their like-minded fellow travelers in the Washington/New York press corps. It hasn't been mentioned there, so to Time magazine it didn't happen.
