Since you're in the tactical, political speculation mode (What is the most probable outcome of a political event that is about to happen?) that exemplifies the national political press corps' largely irrelevant coverage of US elections, I may as well ask you:

What will most likely be the changes (if any) in US policy toward Israel if the worst-case (furthest right) scenario happens in the Israeli election's outcome?

The first exit poll results on TIME show a slight lead of Livni. Maybe, the Israelis haven't given up yet on peace. Maybe they figured since we have already tried BeBe before, let's give Livni a chance. Maybe the Israelis are not ready for a drastic change in policy. Maybe my post is simply nonsense, since it is unlikely Kadima got more than 25% of the vote, which is hardly a mandate for anything. You have four major players, and who knows how many minor ones.
Will Livni stick with Labour as a partner or turn to Likud? Will Lieberman's party be a part of any coalition government? Does Bebe have a chance of forming a government if Livni fails? Will Labour cease to be relevant? If Bebe wins, does Hamas deserve some, if not all of the credit? What would an Obama-Netanyahu partnership look like?

On Control, you may remember the 8/12/1976 sky-jacking of an Israeli jetliner in Istanbul, Turkey, in which four people were killed and some thirty injured. Aboard was the administrative assistant for then-U.S. Senator Jacob K. Javits (a Jew) of New York, 29 year-old Harold W. Rosenthal (a Jew), whose unfortunate murder that day was not from random bullets that killed the others. Evidence indicates that his was pre-planned, making me wonder if it was due to his lengthy, boastful interview with American Christian editor Walter White.

In a nutshell, every indicator points to the fact that Israel is shifting more towards the right. This portrays hardly any good news for a peaceful co-existence of Israelis and Palestinians.

There will certainly be yet another coalition government, irrespective of which party is leading in the exit polls, Livni's or Netanyahu's. As such, rounds of power bargaining will ensue – and history will inevitably repeat itself.

How to untie this chronic Gordon Knot of Middle East? Where is/are the wise person/people to do it? When? Perhaps one should not raise such illusive questions, short of slashing the knot into pieces.
