Axis of Evil Loses Wheel
I've been reluctant to comment on the terrific job of negotiating with the North Koreans that Christopher Hill has done--mostly because of a conflict of interest: my son, a foreign service officer, has been on Hill's staff for the past year. But the kid is moving on to his next assignment and so I feel free to link to Steve Clemons' news that the Bush Administration will ask Congress to take North Korea off the terror watch list.
I've also heard, via a source that is neither a Hill nor a Klein, that there will be more encouraging developments from North Korea in the weeks to come.
