Clinton Conference Call, 3/7/08: Questions?
It's not with the press team, but with a few surrogates:
Reps. Sheila Jackson Lee (TX), Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL), Joe Sestak (PA) and Gregory Meeks (NY) hold a conference call to discuss the state of the race TODAY at 10:15 a.m. EST.
You've had some excellent suggestions for questions so far, please feel free to offer some more in the comments.
UPDATE: In the preamble, Schultz spoke second, but was the first to call for Samantha "That's Off the Record" Power to resign. My notes:
sen obama set a tone for this campaign... it's one thing for candidates to talk about the differences... but for the candidate or a sr advisor to degenerate into name calling... it's below the belt, it's out of bounds... it's not appropriate for a sr advisor to continue to be associated with a candidate for potus
Rep. Meeks just made the argument even more forcefully, but I was busy writing this and so don't have my notes.
UPDATE: KT reminds me that Power is also a Time columnist.
