My Mitt Romney Dweeb Thesis, Cont'd
The last time I wrote in Swampland that Mitt Romney was a nerd (and John McCain was the cool kid), the response from readers, not to mention Atrios, was fierce--well more than a 100 comments saying I was everything that is wrong with journalism.
Well, I did it again, in a Time.com story posted today, called "Can Romney's Inner Geek Win Out?" Having spent the weekend with Romney, his buttoned up nerdiness is, I believe, his defining characteristic, a major source of his strengths and his weaknesses.
I did not want to deny anyone the opportunity to vent again, so please use this comment thread for your criticism, praise, abuse, thoughts, or not.
