was not only Bill Clinton's labor secretary, but also, one of his oldest friends, having met the future President aboard an ocean liner in 1968, when both were on their way to studying as Rhodes scholars at Oxford. That's what makes this broadside so interesting. (The Obama campaign eagerly distributed it to its media email list; campaign spokesman Bill Burton says Reich has not endorsed Obama.)
