Campaign is set to announce their second-quarter numbers at 2 p.m. The over-under between "bad" and "disastrous" appears to be somewhere in the neighborhood of $10 million.

UPDATE: Campaign just announced it raised $11.2 million, but has only $2 million left on hand. Major "restructuring" under way.
