C-SPANNED: Gonzales Hearing, Part 1
Alberto Gonzales is listening to Leahy's bill of particulars with an expression on his face like he's trying to read something from very far away. And the something he's trying to read carries unpleasant news. Maybe it's the Constitution?
UPDATE: He's now reading the Federalist papers or something, as his expression has soured even further as Arlen Specter does this really awesome job of simply laying out the specific lies contradictions in Gonzales' testimony versus that of the fired USAs. Generously, Specter says he will consider these "allegations" until Gonzales has had a chance to respond.
