Novak's Silver Lining
They don't call Bob Novak "Mr. Happy Happy Sunshine" for nothing:
The saving grace that some Republicans find in the dispute over U.S. attorneys is that, at least temporarily, it blurs debate over an unpopular war.
In other words, the Presidency isn't half-empty, it's completely corrupt!
